I found this chair on E-Bay and thought it deserved a bit of TLC. It took me many hours to make good the many botched repairs (over 25 screws!) and then re-build the many pieces I was left with was a challenge. However, with the chair back in one piece, a few coats of French polish and a trip to a professional upholsterer and this magnificent old chair is once again ready to grace any home.
